If For Whatever Reason, You Are Not Satisfied With Your Purchase And Your Products Comply With The Return Terms, You Can Send Them Back Without Penalty Asking For A Return Within The Term Of 14 (Fourteen) Working Days From Date Of Receipt, Simply Following The Below Procedure (Mandatory):

  • Write An Email At info@nellapolvere.com, Asking For The Return, Within 14 (Fourteen) Days From The Date Of Receipt.
  • Provide Us The Order Number And Your Details (Name, Surname, Country)*
  • Send Back Your Purchases Within 10 (Ten) Days From The Date Of Your Request Of Return.
  • Customer Services Will Provide By Email The Return Label And Will Inform Customer Where To Send The Products.

*The Details Of Your Orders Are Available By Logging In On Your Account, If You Are A Registered Customer, And Always On The Confirmation Email Received At The Time You Have Placed Your Order.

The Return Shipping Cost And All Other Extra Costs To Return The Goods (Duties, Custom, Ecc…), Are Always Up To The Customer.

Therefore, Once We Receive The Products Back, If We Will Be Charged For Extra Costs Not Settled By The Customer Before, We Will Reserve The Right To Deduct That Amount From The Total Due, And Refund Only The Difference Amount.

We Recommend To Pack The Original Box In A Second Protective Carton Suitable For Shipping.

Once We Have Ascertained The Integrity Of The Returned Products, We Will Refund The Order Using The Same Means Of Payment As Used For The Initial Transaction Within 7 Business Days.
